Influencing factors on compressire strebgth and working properties of recycled concrete

The blended waste concrete block with weight ration C20∶ C30∶ C35∶ C40∶ C45=1∶ 4∶ 3.5∶ 0.5∶ 1 is used to make recycled coarse and fine aggregate,the orthogonal experiment is adopted to analyze the influence of water-cement ratio,the recycled coarse and fine aggregate replacement ratio,and the mixing methods on the compressive strength and slump of recycled aggregate concrete;and the range analysis is used to analyze effect of above four factors to the performance of recycled aggregate concrete.The experimental results show that: 100% recycled coarse aggregate and 50% recycled fine aggregate replacement ratio meet the requirements the compressive strength and slump of C30,the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is one of the most significant factors influenced the compressive strength.
