Lost in Chasing Money:Analyzing Citizenization Process of Migrant Workers in Shaxian Delicacies Business

Migrant workers employed in Shaxian Delicacies business are informal employees,mastering certain skills and getting good income,and are residents who have capability to work and live stably in cities.However,these people are still in the process of citizenization and have obvious characteristics of the semi-citizen.Currently,the obstacles that the migrant workers of Shaxian Delicacies business are faced in their citizenization process which consists of institutional barriers,industrial barriers,social barriers and personal barriers.The government should try to set up the rule of law and provide quality service to promote citizenization of this group orderly and smoothly.
