Analysis of and Countermeasures against the Bad Climate Conditions in Xi’an-Baoji Highway

Yang Shangying(Xianyang Teacher’s college,Xianyang,Shaanxi,71200)  
According to the climate data in recent 40 years,the paper analyzes the disastrous weather on the Xi’an-Baoji Highway such as heavy fog,drift and so on.Based on the analysis,it deduces the common characters of the disastrous weather and makes a simple analysis about the reasons for this.Generally speaking,this essay analyzes to which extent the disastrous weather influences the traffic conditions,points out the key times for the weather service and also gives some effective measures which could be used to avoid traffic accidents caused by disastrous weather.
