The calculation model of steam distribution for thermal recovery of heavy oil reservoirs using multilateral wells

During steam injection recovery of heavy oil reservoir using multilateral wells,the needed steam flow rate of each branch is different as it has different steam injection ability.Based on the nodal analysis and segmentation method,the steam distribution model is built,to provide a mathematical solution.According to the reservoir patameters of each branch,the model calculates the heat loss during steam flowing in the pipe and the different steam flow rate in different branch.The results can provide theoretical reference for the thermal recovery parameter design of heavy oil reservoir using multilateral wells.
