The research of accumulation characteristics of shale gas

In the sight of the accumulation mechanism,reservoir-forming conditions,reservoir condition and enrichment pattern,caprock and preservation condition,shale gas reservoir is the typical transition in the performance characteristics and shows multiple-mechanisms including typical coalbed methane,typical source-contacting gas,and typical trap gas.The shale gas accumulation is affected by many factors including the sedimentary environment,total organic carbon content,kerogen type,and degree of thermal evolution.Measuring conditions of the shale gas reservoirs consist of the depth and thickness,porosity and permeability,and fracture of shales.The key factors of enrichment degree of shale gas include the thickness of shale,organic matter content and shale reservoir space.
