Application and Development of Foreign DNA Introduction via the Pollen-tube Pathway

In this paper, we introduced the foundation and development of the technique of pollen-tube pathway, and their achievements got by using this approach. We also discussed the mechanism and the influence of pollen-tube pathway factors. The advantages and shortages of this method compared to other transformation systems has done in this paper.
