EFFECT AND CONTROL OF ELEMENTS IN HIGH CLEANLINESS PIPELINE STEEL

Effect and control of such elements as C,O,S,P,H,Mn in pipeline steel particularly effect of these elements on HIC are discussed Some suggestions are made on the choice of metallurgical process and control method of these elements for high cleanliness pipeline steel
