RAPD Analysis on Genetic Diversity of 26 Local Brassica juncea Varieties in Guizhou

26 localBrassica junceavarieties were analyzed by RAPD markers to study their genetic diversity.148 bands were amplified from 16 random primers.Of which,85 bands was of polymorphism and the polymorphism rate was up to 53%.The blood relationship dendrogram of 26 localBrassica junceavarieties was established by the UPMGA method.26 local Brassica junceavarieties was divided intoⅠandⅡgroups.
