Study of Optimized Production Technology for Biodiesel Produced from Chinese Tallow Sulfated Oil

To demonstrate that producing biodiesel fuel from oil extracted Chinese Tallow sulfated oil can be done with a low loss.Biodiesel was produced from Chinese tallow sulfated oil through a hydrolysis reaction of triglyceride-catalyzed by lipase from A007 bacterium strain and esterification of free fatty acid-catalyzed by lipase from Candida antarctica.Development of technology for the production of biodiesel is important for protecting the environmental and reducing energy consumption.The hydrolysis rate of triglyceride reached 94% with 60% substrate concentration,100U/g enzyme dosages at 30℃ for 12h.The total esterification rate of free fatty acid was over 98% with 5∶1 ratio of methanol/FFA concentrations,also 100U/g enzyme dosage at 30℃.We have discovered that biodiesel fuel can be efficiently produced through catalization processes opening the possibility of further exploration of Chinese Tallow as a renewable source of energy.
