Effect of Paclobutrazol on Growth of Houttuynia cordata under Cr Stress

Effect of paclobutrazol(PP333) on growth of Houttuynia cordata under Cr stress was studied by solution culture method to provide theoretical basis for enhancing plant enrichment capability.The results showed that PP333 could enhance the chlorophyll content of Houttuynia cordata,the photosynthesis,POD,SOD and CAT activity of leaf and the stress resistance,reduce the harm of Cr on Houttuynia cordata,and increase the enrichment capacity of Houttuynia cordata to Cr.
