RAPD Analysis of 23 Dactylis glormerata Germplasm Resources in Guizhou Province

To evaluate the genetic diversity of D.glormerata,23 D.glormerata resources were analyzed by 14 highly polymorphic and stable primers selected from 100 RAPD primers.The results were as follows: 1) Fourteen primers produced 108 bands(7.71 bands per primer),including 82 polymorphic bands(5.86 bands per primer),the average percentage of polymorphic bands was 75.93%.The genetic similarity ranged from 0.471 to 1.000 with an average of 0.742.2) All D.glormerata materials could be divided into three groups.The matericals with the similar comprehensive characters could be clustered into the same group.The findings indicated that the clustering had certain correlations with yield and morphology.
