Effect of Combined Application of Organic Manure and Chemical Fertilizers on Physiological Characteristics and Economic Traits of Flue-cured Tobacco

The physiological characteristics and economic traits of flue-cured tobacco were studied by a field experiment to enhance yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco with low application amount of chemical fertilizers.The results showed that the chlorophyll content,carotenoid content,NR activity and root activity of flue-cured tobacco were high when fertilized with 35% organic manure combined with 65% chemical fertilizers,the yield,mean price,output value and ratio of leaves with first and middle class were higher than other treatments.The various physiological characteristics and economic traits of flue-cured tobacco were lower and worse under high rate of organic manure.
