Cloning and Sequence Analysis of the Full Length nsdD DNA in Aspergillus chevalieri var.intermedius

To explore the relationship between nsdD gene structure and sexual reproduction,the complete DNA of nsdD gene was cloned by homology cloning and genome walking technology and was analyzed by bioinformatics.The results showed that full-length genomic sequence of nsdDis 1 773bp,the gene contains a open reading frame of 1 293bp and encodes 430amino acid residues.The estimated molecular weight and isoelectric point of the putative protein respectively are 46.659 4kD and 9.08.Analysis of the nucleotide sequence indicated that it had the highest 69%similarity with A.terreus nsdD gene and contained a GATA type zinc finger DNA-binding domain,the domains were conserved in other Aspergillus.
