Hyperspectral Assessment for SPAD of Medicago sativa Leaves in Budding Period

In order to ascertain the relationship between hyperspectral reflectance and SPAD value of M.sativa,by using the ASD Field Spec3 field spectrometer,the authors measured the hyperspectral reflectance of M.sativain budding period,and statistical analysis methods were used as well.The results showed that SPAD values at 469~533nm,562~605nm,616~669nm,687~701nm and 720~752nm were significantly positively correlated with the first derivative parameters D659,SDy,SDy/SDb,SDr/SDy,SDnir/SDb,(SDr-SDy)/(SDr+SDy)and(SDnir-SDb)/(SDnir+SDb).The SPAD monitoring model,y =7.512 3-0.395 7(SDr/SDy)(R2=0.728),was built,which was the best monitoring model,its determination coefficient was the highest(R2=0.728),the prediction accuracy reached 92.79%.
