Inducible Resistance of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CMN1308 against Pathogenic Fungi of Chestnut

The inducible resistance of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens CMN1308 against Penicillium expansum,Fusarium solani,Cryphonectria parasitica and Aspergillus niger of chestnut by inoculated culture and enzymatic determination methods and the inducible resistance of B.amyloliquefaciens CMN1308 against P.expansum of chestnut by analyzing POD and PPO activity and MDA content of chestnut to explore the action mechanism of B.amyloliquefaciens CMN1308 and provide the theoretical basis for development and application of B.amyloliquefaciens CMN1308.Results:The original liquid,suspension and filter liquid of B.amyloliquefaciens CMN1308 have different control effects against four diseases to a varying degree.The original liquid of B.amyloliquefaciens CMN1308 has the best control effect against four diseases and the morbidity of four diseases is 28.3% ~50%.B.amyloliquefaciens CMN1308 improves the resistance against P.expansum of chestnut by significantly enhancing POD and PPO activity and reducing MDA content of chestnut.
