Developing Chinese Western Area Should be Adapted to the Changes of China's Access to the WTO

It is essential to developing Chinese western area for China's economical society keep sustainable development.Developing Chinese western area is also an importent part of China's adjustment of economical structure.A profound and longterm influence is inevitable to arise to China's economical development in the new century with such an access.Developing Chinese western area should be adapted to the changes of China's access to the WTO. The western should be cought the chance to get rapid development to decrease the area gab.
