The Empirical Study of Open Education Learning Support:Taking Xing'an League RTVU Branch as an Example

"Quality" is the lifeline of open education and the end-result of running the Distance and Open University,the learner is the bearer of teaching quality,teaching quality can be incarnated only by the learners,and learning support is the essential means of ensuring the open education quality.Learners will not only pursue academic value of higher education teaching quality,but also attach importance to humanistic and scientific environmental value of distance and open education.Open education's adult and distance specialty have decided its arduous and long-term character of teaching quality management.Therefore,providing nicer and all-around learning support for learners is the basic elements of ensuring the quality of open education teaching.
