The blasting demolition engineering of 80mreinforced concrete chimney adopting high cutting under the insufficient collapse space was introduced.The chimney high cutting support section mechanical analysis was used to simulate the high cutting location and cutting angle of the chimney.The chimney was successfully demolished by using trapezoidal incision,opening directional window,setting up buffer dike, excavating damping ditch and other measures.Combined with blasting effect,the results of chimney high cutting support section mechanical analysis were discussed,which can be a reference for similar projects.
