Steel structure analysis on boom of 7000t floating crane

The design and calculation methods are proposed for high-strength steel boom of the 7 000 t floating crane.Accordingly,such working criteria as storm,loading,constraint and shipping are considered for their influences on working conditions.By employing finite element analysis,a comprehensive design analysis is conducted based on the interaction between the primary and auxiliary hooks of the large-scale floating crane.
