Optimum Modification Amount and Parameters Design for the Main Reduction Gear Pair in the Drive Axle of Wheeled Vehicles

With the reduction of noise from the main reduction gear pair in the drive axle of wheeled vehicles as objective,and to minimise the major factor affecting the noise-dynamic impact load, a method to determine the optimum modification amount and parameters for the mainreduction gear Pair is presented in this paPer. The math model for optiInhation is established and actual calculationis performed.
