Study on the Option of Defence Water Level for Structure Design and Construction of Underground Buildings and Anti-floating Computation

Concerning the option of defence water level for structure design and construction of underground buildings,determination of water pressure value at the base and outer walls of basement and solution of groundwater pressure for anti floating computation no specific rules are mentioned in the state codes at present.Relevant technical issues and measures are proposed herein.
