GPS Technique in Application to Tunnel Control Surveying for South to North Water Diversion Project

In recent years,along with the fast infrastructure development,more and more tunnel engineering and long span bridge have been planned into construction.The GPS static relative positioning technique has been used to establish the control network for these projects.It can satisfy the required engineering accuracy and improve working efficiency to meet project schedule.In view of this,GPS has a wide application area in such engineering.This paper mainly introduces the establishment,surveying and adjustment of GPS control network for south to north water diversion project.
