Advance in FCC Process Reaction Chemistry

Xu Youhao Wang Xieqing (Research Institute of Petroleum Processing,SINOPEC,Beijing 100083,China)  
Faced the stringent challenge of FCC process,the multi-dimensional reaction structure was pro- posed for FCC process reaction chemistry.The multi-dimension reaction structure mode was established on the basis of hydrocarbon reaction chemistry over acid catalyst,but the former was different from the latter.FCC process with multi-dimensional reaction structure has more production modes.The multi-dimensional reaction structure was used to successfully develop MIP process aiming at maximizing iso-paraffins in cracked naphtha and MIP-CGP process ai- ming at cleaner gasoline and more propylene.
