Cao Zhang, Zhu Meizhu and Fang Yilin(Nanjing Institute of Technology)  
In fluidized bed coal combustion, using granular desulfurizer (limestone, dolomite or high efficient desulfurizer) for desulfurization in bed is one of the economical and efficient desul-furization methods. This paper describes the variations of desulfurization conversion rate of desulfurizer with time measured by means of a thermal gravimetric analyzer under various operating conditions, the calculation method of mass transfer coefficient of film diffusion, of the effective diffusibility of product layer ,of the chemical reaction rate and of the thickness of product layer based on an unreacted core shrinking model. The variations of these parameters with operating conditions are also analyzed in this paper.
