THE TEMPERATURE CHARACTER OF HT REHEATER WALL IN THE PROCESS OF BOILER'S START-UP

The boiler's start-up mode has great impact on the temperature of HT(high-temperature) reheater's wall.The trials indicate that in the Cold start-up mode,the wall of HT reheater is at lower temperature level,but in the hot start-up mode,its wall temperature is higher.Therefore,the coal volume per mill can't increase sharply,and the mills with symmetric should be located for in order to prevent unilateral wall temperature turning higher as far as possible.Synchronously,in the paper,a computational method of utmost temperature values is put forward involving the measuring points of the running reheater,which possesses certain guiding significance for choosing material and operating surveillance of the reheater.
