Contradiction discovery and solving method based on TRIZ evolution theory and TOC prerequisite tree

A method to determine design contradiction based on TRIZ evolution theory and TOC prerequisite tree is proposed.Product evolution object is identified according to TRIZ evolution pattern and TOC prerequisite tree is employed to determine design obstacles.A contradiction determining flow and template based on obstacle analysis is established to determine design contradiction.Then by using TRIZ separating principle and contradiction matrix,design contradiction is solved.The above process is demonstrated by an engineering example.
