Analysis of Global Stability for an Epidemic Model with Quarantine

An SIQS epidemic model with quarantine is discussed, the conditions and threshold to the existence of various equilibria are established. By means of Maple software and Stokes’s Theorem, the necessary and su?cient conditions which guarantee the local asymptotic stability and the global asymptotic stability of equilibria are obtained.
