Construction and Analysis of a Mathematical Model for the Computer Virus Propagation

Based on construction methods of the epidemic models,we derive a delayed differential equation model for the spreading of computer viruses under the P-P network.Combined into the model are the latent period of computer virus and the developed time of antivirus techniques.Using the theory of differential dynamical system,we discuss the propagation regularity of computer virus, and the thresholds are obtained.At last,results are discussed and a numerical simulation is carried out.This research provides theoretical bases for the computer virus control.
