A Post-Processing Algorithm for Dynamic Cerebral Perfusion CT Image

In this paper,analyze the theoretic basis of dynamic CT cerebral perfusion image quantitative measurement and then implement an applied medical image post-processing algorithm.Firstly,the perfusion values of cerebral tissue blood flow were measured through analyzing the image sequence obtained from dynamic CT perfusion examination quantitatively.Secondly,draw a series of time density curve using these values.Thirdly,analyze and calculate some hemodynamic parameters including cerebral blood flow,cerebral blood volume,time to peak and mean transit time.To the last step,generated the useful functional image.Clinical test represented this algorithm is very useful for aided diagnosis in clinic.
