Tube-Sheet Parametric Design Based on SolidWorks

Three-dimensional modeling method of tube-sheet and principle of auto-arranging for shell-and-tube heat exchanger are investigated.SolidWorks is re-developed with Visual Basic and Microsoft Access.System parameterized modeling and program parameterized modeling methods are combined to accomplish parametric modeling.Automatic engineering drawing is created with the method of modifying engineering drawing reference.The software has good adaptability,human-machine interaction and expansibility.Moreover,the research methodology can improve the efficiency and quality of design and it will be benefit to the development of the three-dimensional design of heat exchanger.
