An Empivical Study on the Relations of Impelling Factors,Job Satisfaction,and Organization's Promises

WANG Xiang-hua(School of Business Administration,South-China University of Technology,Guangzhou 510640,China)  
In this paper a comprehensive model was built to investigate the relations between the impelling factors,job satisfaction,and organization's promises,for reference to administration of cadres at the basic.
