Study on the Design of Spatial Data Dynamic Update and Management System——Take Hangzhou as an Example

This paper introduces the construction of "Smart Hangzhou" to construct a scientific and standardized data management system. With the integrated development of Hangzhou's integral planning, the original spatial data dynamic update model cannot meet the urban and rural overall management needs of the city. This study is based on the actual situation of urban planning spatial data management in Hangzhou. The regulatory detailed planning data is taken as the research object. According to the planning requirements of Hangzhou city planning electronic achievement data, establish the database structure system, and the CAD data to GIS data realize seamlessly conversion, spatial data management based on business management mode. The new data management system helps to improve the utilization efficiency of planning resources, improve the efficiency of planning business approval and scientific decision-making.
