Comparison of CFD Computation with Model Test on Ship Hydrodynamic Research

The ship resistance of 7 000 DWT product oil tanker is calculated with CFD software. Through analysis and comparison of CFD computation with model test, this paper aims to discuss the possibility of applying CFD computation on ship hydrodynamics research.
