Analysis of Radiative Heat Transfer Coefficient Calculation and Influencing Factors of Oxy-fuel Combustion Productions

The composition and radiative heat transfer properties of oxy-fuel combustion products are much different from those of conventional air-based combustion;common computational method of radiative heat transfer coefficient is no longer fit for the oxy-fuel combustion.Therefore,a radiation computation model is established by integrating the net test method and the spectral method,which is more suitable for oxy-fuel combustion and can meet the needs of boiler design.The model is put into practice to analyze the factors influencing the radiative heat transfer coefficient and their influential extent.Analytical results show that the radiative heat transfer coefficient is mostly affected by the change of vapor content in the flue gas,and little influenced by the change of carbon dioxide content,pressure and thickness of radiation layer.
