Economic Analysis of Peaking Operation of Liquefied Natural Gas Combined-cycle Power Plant

The paper proposes the calculating method of combined-cycle power generation cost based on the tentative calculation of the liquefied natural gas(LNG) combined-cycle generation price to grid.Taking the environmental benefits of combined-cycle power generation and the on-grid time-of-use(TOU) power price into consideration,the paper analyzes the integrated value of LNG combined-cycle power generation,and presents the calculation method of electricity price to grid during peaking operation of gas-steam combined-cycle power plant and the reasonable annual utilization hours.
