Status Quo and Prospect of Research and Development of Electric Composite Bag Dust Removal Technology

This paper introduces the history of dust removing plants in thermal power plants in China and analyzes large impact on dust removal effect of electrostatic dust removal by properties of fly ash which is not up to higher emission standard.It also considers high dust removal efficiency of bag-type dust removal but for big resistance and vulnerability of the bag, it may cause large consumption and high operational and maintenance cost.On the contrary,the electric composite bag dust remover combines advantages of electrostatic dust removal and bag-type dust removal which may improve dust removal efficiency and reduce operational cost.It discusses development progress,technical advantage,type,technological progress,different genre and application practice of the electric composite bag.At last,it proposes development direction of electric composite bag dust removal technology.
