Measurement for Frequency Response Function of a Fast Steering Mirror

A method for measuring frequency response function by means of a displacement sensor—electric eddy current sensor is designed on the basis of measuring frequency response function of a fast steering mirror with four quadrant tube measuring method.The measured results of a four point driving fast steering mirror obtained with two methods are given.respectively.Analysis and discussion for the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods are carried out in the paper.
