Evaluation of property parameters of NEA photocathode

DU Xiao-qing, CHANG Ben-kang, ZONG Zhi-yuan, QIAN Yun-sheng (College of Electronic Engineering and Opto-ElectronicTechnique, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing 210094, China)  
On-line testing spectral response of NEA photocathode is carried out by means of the dynamic spectral response testing system developed by us and the curve fitting for spectral response is performed. Thus the evaluation for overflow probability, diffusion length, recombination rate of back interface and integration sensitivity are indirectly carried out. The evaluation for performance parameters of GaAs reflection type cathode activated by(Cs, O)is carried out and the results are given.
