Analysis for Stray Light of a Cassegrain Telescope

YANG Rui, SU Yi (Institute of Applied Electronics, China Academy of Engineering Physics, Mianyang 621900, China)  
In the daytime, the strong background light will generate strong stray light for the follow-up observing system through telescope system. Under this condition, the stray light of a Cassegrain telescope comes from diffuse reflection of telescope tube wall, directly reflected light by a horseshoe mirror, diffuse reflection light by secondary mirror mount and is symmetrically distributed. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that the function of the horseshoe mirror and secondary mirror is larger, the enlargement of the field observation angle will lead to a steep rise of stray light flux.
