Optical and electronic performance of multilayer structure green OLED by doping in the Emitter layer

Four kinds of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLED) were developed using vacuum deposition technique. The typical multilayer structures of OLED are ITO / CuPc(20nm) / α-NPD(60nm) / Alq3(40nm) : C545T(X%) / Alq3(20nm) /LiF(10nm) / Al(100nm) , and X% is the doping consistence in Emitter Layer of OLED. The value is changed from 1% to 4%. In experiment, the optical and electronic performance including brightness, efficiency, spectrum etc. was varied with the doping consistence. At the same time, the characteristics of different doped devices were compared each other. The rules of the letter is good for OLED arts and crafts.
