Intelligent transfusion liquor inspector based on machine-vision

Aiming at the on-line automatic inspection of bottled transfusion liquor products, we developed an intelligent inspector based on the machine-vision technology, automatic control theory, etc. In order to identify the possible tiny foreign substances in the products, the inspector firstly make the liquor rotate in the bottle through its special mechanic design, and then collect a series of continuous images of rotation liquid through its delicate optic-imaging system. With the help of our algorithm, the inspector could accomplish the inspection work and kick out the unqualified products rapidly and accurately. Experiment and application substantiate that it is feasible and efficient to employ machine-vision technology into the automatic on-line inspection of transfusion liquor products.
