Zhou Zhijin
Both of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge constitute the individual's knowledge system.During the period of studying professional knowledge and doing research, they gradually accumulated some tacit knowledge, such as the basic academic standards of the professional research, research experience and skills, the intuitive judgment during studies, the habits of thinking and resolving problems through professional theories and methods, and so on.However, the current system of the graduate entrance examination had some shortcomings. We often ignore examining the students' professional tacit knowledge. In fact,post-graduate students' tacit knowledge could be demonstrated through the professional researching and thinking. Thus we could design a certain situation that could assess and measure postgraduate's professional tacit knowledge. The professional tacit knowledge can be accumulated through academic communication and scientific practice.
