Determination of the Influence of the Bend's Geometric Parameter of the Amount of Deformation with an Orthogonal Testing Method

The method of computer simulation is used to calculate the amount of deformation that is caused by the internal surface pressure with different wall thicknesses,different bend angles and different bend radius.The geometric parameter that has a great influence on the amount of deformation is found with the orthogonal testing method.The result shows that the bend angle has a great influence on the amount of deformation,and when the bend angle is bigger,the amount of deformation of the bend is more remarkable under the same stress condition.
