Effects of Reaction Temperature on the Aromatization Reaction of Huabei C4 Liquefied Petroleum Gas

YOU Hong-jun(College of Chemical Engineering,Liaoning University of Petrolem and Chenical Technology,Fushun 113001,China)  
By using Huabei C4 liquefied petroleum gas as a feedstock,the effects of reaction temperature on the aromatization product yield,conversion,MON,RON,gas product compound and solvent product compound are researched in a confined fluidized bed reactor.The experimental result shows that with the increasing of reaction temperature,the yields of off-gas,liquefied petroleum gas and coke increase,but the yields of gasoline and diesel oil drop,conversion of Huabei C4 liquefied petroleum gas is over 97%.The MON and RON of solvent production firstly increase and then decrease with the increasing of reaction temperature,and they have maximum within the range of(430 ℃).The optimizing operation condition(reaction temperature) would be confined from(430 ℃) to(450 ℃) in(3 h(-1).)
