A Study on Technology of Extracting Pectin from Chaenomeles Sinensis

Wu Yanfen Liu Changkun Li Jing Zeng Caiyin (Zhongshan Institute,University of Electronic Science and Technology,Zhongshan , 528403)  
Chaenomeles sinensis was used as material in this experiment to extract pectin . The orthogonal experiment was employed to detennine the optimum technological condition. The result showed that the optimum technological was pH=2.0,the operating temperature was 90*, the ratio of material, raw liquid was 1:4 and the operating time was 1h .
