Research of Best Technics of Distilling Pectin from Apple Peel

In this paper,the alcohol distillation-calcium salt precipitation method was adopted to distill the pectin from apple peel,and its content was tested.Results showed that the best conditions as follow:pH=2,acid-hydrolization time was 1.5h,the temperature of hydrolization was 90℃.This method is propriety because of the simple wsed drugs was and reliable analysis method.
