Breeding and Culture of Microbial Leaching Microflora

Microbial leaching technology is an interdisciplinary based on hydrometallurgy and microbiology with advantages of environment-friendly,mild reaction short process,and low power consumption.However,the leaching rate of the ore is reduced because the microbial leaching microflora is susceptible to the influence of special poison factors or environmental conditions.Therefore in microbial leaching technology,the breeding and culture of targeted microflora technology occupy a more important position.The paper comprehensely introduced the breeding and culture of leaching microflora.
