NANOMETRE-SIZED TiO_2 AND ITS APPLICATION FOR FUNCTIONAL TEXTILES

Nanometre-sized TiO_2 has the basic characteristics of functional nanomaterials.In this article the applications of nanometre-sized TiO_2 and its technologies including ultraviolet and infrared rays resistance,anti-bacterial deodorizing,air-cleaning,anti-static,anti-aging functional textile and so on are presented in detail.Simultaneously the curing processes of this materials on textiles are described briefly.
