Study On Water Repellent Performance Improvement of ACQ Wood Preservative

Wang Jianjing Xie Guijun Li Xingwei(Guangdong Academy of Forestry,Guangzhou,510520)  
Span-80,Tween-80 and glycerol monostearate were used as emulsifier for 58 wax complex.Factor on the stability and decentralization such as emulsion dosage,time and temperature was discussed.The optimum emulsifying conditions were obtained.The results showed that stable wax emulsion can be prepared.Refuse water rate as well as anti wet inflation rate had correspondingly changed with the increasing of wax-based emulsion in ACQ wood preservative: the higher the wax-based emulsion applied on the ACQ wood preservative,the better the refuse water rate and anti wet inflation rate,the refuse water rate was 79.13%,and the anti wet inflation rate was 77.07%.;
