Pyrolysis—Gas Chromatography fingerprint with fuzzy cluster analysis for different Litchi cultivars

The fingerprints of Litchi from different cultivars were studied and compared by pyrolysis-gas chromatography with fuzzy cluster analysis,and the effects of pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time on the fingerprint had been studied in this paper.Pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time played important roles in the experiments,and 450℃ and 20 s were selected as the optimized conditions.The method had a good reproducibility.The pyrolysis-gas chromatography was simple,rapid,accurate and scientific determination method for the identify of quality of Litchi.
